4. Post-Operative Care — $95/hr

Ideal after:

• knee/hip surgeries

• abdominal surgery

5. RN Wellness Check-Ins — $85/hr

Great for older adults who need regular monitoring but not full home health.

Includes:

6. Fall-Risk Assessment & Home Safety Evaluations — $95/hr

• Home layout review

7. Mobility, Balance & Gentle Exercise Coaching — $85/hr

• Attending appointments with the client

• Stay with the client while the family rests
